Schedule of Technical Sessions

The complete schedule for the technical sessions is available below. This document contains the full details of all sessions, including designated chairs, presenting Principal Investigators (PIs), and their assigned project numbers.

Important Notice: The information presented in this schedule is based strictly on the declared inputs provided by the SPARC PIs. Any discrepancies, errors, or required adjustments will not be processed prior to the event. All necessary corrections will be handled exclusively on-site at the venue.

Presentation File Upload Instructions

To ensure seamless technical sessions, all presenting Principal Investigators (PIs) must upload their presentation files using the mandatory file naming convention. Use the link to upload the file.

Oral Presentations (Principal Investigators)

Selected Principal Investigators (PIs) who have submitted abstracts for the SPARC Conclave will deliver a 6-minute presentation during the technical sessions. Each presentation will comprise:

  • 5 minutes for the presentation
  • 1 minute for a Question & Answer session

PIs are requested to prepare their presentations accordingly and adhere strictly to the allotted time.

Poster Presentations (Students)

Selected students presenting posters in the first session have been emailed the official poster format with specified guidelines. Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation and should measure 4 feet x 3 feet. Students are required to:

  • Print the poster strictly within the prescribed dimensions
  • Bring the printed poster to the Conclave venue
  • Posters will be displayed during the parallel poster session.
Best Poster Awards and Flash Talks

Posters will be evaluated during the poster session. Fifteen (15) best posters will be shortlisted for Flash Talks on the second day of the Conclave. These selected student presenters will have the opportunity to briefly showcase their work to the wider audience. All participants are requested to carefully follow the above guidelines to ensure the smooth conduct of the Conclave sessions.
