Poster Presentations (Students)

  • Print the poster strictly within the prescribed dimensions
  • Bring the printed poster to the Conclave venue
  • Posters will be displayed during the parallel poster session.
Best Poster Awards and Flash Talks

Posters will be evaluated during the poster session. Fifteen (15) best posters will be shortlisted for Flash Talks on the second day of the Conclave. These selected student presenters will have the opportunity to briefly showcase their work to the wider audience. All participants are requested to carefully follow the above guidelines to ensure the smooth conduct of the Conclave sessions.
